The Transition to Employment project works to allow people with disability the opportunity to access the work of their choice. It achieves this through collaboration, resources, training and advice. The project is supported by the Disability Services Commission of Western Australia and managed by National Disability Services in partnership with The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia.
