Evidence was given by two former employees of Afford who had worked at the Mount Druitt day centre, which is the focus of the case study.

The RC had questions about the organisation’s growth, and were interested in a role which gained a commission for signing up new participants. The witnesses said the day centre was crowded at times, sometimes resulting in insufficient space for activities and increased behaviours of concern.
