COVID-19 DRC hearing to look at disability providers, and second progress report released

The Disability Royal Commission has released the scope of next weekâs hearing on COVID-19.
The hearing will consider:
Anyone who believes they have a direct and substantial interest in the subject of the hearing may make an application for leave to appear by COB Friday 14 August.
The Commissionâs second progress report was released, giving an overview of hearing and submission content, community engagement and research work from 1 January to 30 June 2020. In parts, the Commission notes where it will direct its attention in the future. Providers are encouraged to take the time to consider the full report.
