Do you know someone in disability services who deserves some recognition? Someone who delivers outstanding support, goes the extra mile, is a pleasure to work alongside, and makes the workplace better?

Whether it is frontline support or an allied health role, the Workmate of the Year Award for 2021 is a chance to recognise and celebrate the work done by people in the disability sector.

Brought to you by National Disability Practitioners and carecareers, the award is open to people who work in disability services in Australia. Workmate of the Year can work full-time, part-time, contract, or casual. Both the nominee and the nominator can each win a 128GB iPad, valued at $649.

It's free and easy to nominate someone - go to the NDP Workmate of the Year webpage, complete the form and include a photo of your nominee at work.  Make sure you get their permission first!

Entries close on 23 July 2021, so hurry.
