Results of NDS Victoria Divisional Committee Elections for 2023 - 2024

NDS is pleased to announce the results of the Victoria Divisional Committee elections for 2023.
Two nominations were received for four vacant positions, and all nominated members were elected unopposed.
- We welcome a new member to the Committee - Liz Cairns, Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, Scope Australia.
- We also welcome back Drew Beswick, Chief Executive Officer, Possability, who was re-elected for a further three-year term.
- NDS would also like to welcome back Terry Symonds, Chief Executive Officer, Yooralla, and welcome Lynette McKeown, Chief Executive Officer, Able Australia Services. Both members have been co-opted to the Victoria Divisional Committee for 2023 – 2024.
We sincerely thank Kate MacRae, Chief Executive Officer, Scope Australia, for her contribution to NDS during her time as a Divisional Committee member.
Hayley Dean, Chief Executive Officer, Melba Support Services, will continue as Chairperson until her three-year term ends in 2024. In addition, the Victoria Divisional Committee has re-elected Natasha Williams, Head of Housing Strategy, The Disability Trust, as the Vice-Chair for 2023-2024.
Congratulations to the new and re-elected Divisional Committee members. Thank you to all Committee members for their commitment and support to NDS and the disability sector.
