Since then, we have seen a number of changes that impact the disability sector including:
- pay secrecy clauses
- aligning the Fair Work Act with other anti-discrimination legislation
- fixed-term contracts
- employee requests for flexible work
- authorised employee deductions
- superannuation
- right to disconnect
- casual employees
