NDS online workshops give providers the skills to manage risks, incidents and complaints

RICM Workshops

9/10/2023

NDS is holding three sets of online workshops to give sole traders and small to medium providers the skills to meet their NDIS risk management requirements and keep their workplaces safe.

Part of NDS’s Risk Incidents and Complaints (RICM) Skilling the Sector project, the three workshops in October and November will show providers how to use our four Excel registers to manage risk, how to effectively handle complaints and feedback, and how to properly conduct investigations into incidents.

How to use the Risk, Incidents and Complaints Management Excel Registers Workshop

As part of our Risk, Incidents and Complaints Management resources, NDS has developed a set of free Excel registers that providers can use to meet their risk management requirements under the NDIS. Suitable for sole traders and small to medium providers, the online workshops will show how best to use the four registers: Compliance Register, Incident Register, Complaint and Feedback Register, and Risk Register.

The webinar presenter, Juanita Taylor, is the developer of our Excel registers.
