National Disability Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason McKey as Queensland State Manager.

Many NDS members in Queensland would already know Jason McKey from his many years of experience in the sector, in addition to engaging with him over the last five months whilst in his role of Acting Queensland State Manager.

Jason brings a great depth of disability sector knowledge and experience to this role, having previously been CEO of Job Placement Ltd from 1990.

He has served on the NDS Board for 14 years and was both Vice President twice as well as Chair of NDS Queensland.

Jason has chaired the National Committee on Open employment and represented NDS on a number of working groups.

Additionally, he was presented with the NDS President's Award in 2010 to acknowledge his long term and valued contribution to National Disability Services, and made a Life Member of NDS in 2017.
