Join us for Living and dying well for people with disability: palliative and end-of-life care knowledge framework.

Navigating palliative care and end-of-life care for people with disability is not easy, but doing it well is essential to dignity and choice as well as good grief and bereavement.

The roles and responsibilities of disability organisations and direct care staff are often not clear or well resourced. Join NDS and Caroline Irle, Project Lead, Healthy Ageing, Brisbane North PHN to hear about the Living and dying well for people with disability: palliative and end-of-life care knowledge framework, its development and how it can be used in your organisation to educate and guide staff in caring roles to support palliative care and end-of-life care for people with disability.

Attendees will have an opportunity for Q and A with Caroline at the end of the session.

Please note: This webinar will not be recorded.

Who Should Attend?
