Enhance your knowledge and awareness of good working relations as a manager, supervisor or team leader.

This course is designed to provide managers, supervisors and team leaders with an understanding about workplace bullying and harassment, and what they can do to prevent and manage these issues.

Managers, supervisors and team leaders will gain in depth knowledge and awareness in order to better manage their teams.

Course outcomes:

  • Identify workplace bullying and harassment
  • Understand relevant legislation

NDS recommends that Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders within disability service organisations are most suited to attend.
