What you need to know

  • Southern Tasmania is going into lockdown from 6pm Friday 15 October 
  • The lockdown will last for 3 days 
  • The lockdown is in order to identify if there are further cases of COVID-19 in the community
  • NDS is seeking further details about the implications for disability service providers

Southern Tasmania includes the local government areas of:

  • Brighton Council
  • Central Highlands Council
  • Clarence City Council
  • Derwent Valley Council
  • Glamorgan-Spring Bay Council
  • Glenorchy City Council
  • Hobart City Council
  • Huon Valley Council
  • Kingborough Council
  • Sorell Council
  • Southern Midlands Council
  • Tasman Council

NDS is seeking further information about how this will affect disability service providers.
