Following extensive consultation with the National Committee on Open Employment and our members, NDS has submitted our response to the Draft Industry Information Paper making a number of recommendations which we are urging the Department to adopt.

In our submission, we acknowledge that a formal performance review was always in scope during the life of the current contract. While NDS supports formal performance reviews, we believe the timing of the review is ill-conceived given several factors including a once in 100 years pandemic, and limited access to data.
