Provider oversight, accountability and enablers

In a member-only event on 13 November, NDS launched our new policy position for provider oversight, accountability and enablers. We have heard for many years from members that the settings for registered providers do not adequately support service quality or participant safety. We know that as compliance requirements have increased, so do the costs. Within this complex landscape, registered providers face greater rules and obligations than unregistered providers.
