Every employer in NSW has an obligation to keep their workers safe. We all have to work together to reduce the workplace injuries and workers compensation claims.

NDS in NSW is hosting a series of free workshops on work, health and safety. These will be quick, lunchtime sessions covering key topics for providers of disability services.

Our first three workshops will be presented by icare, the NSW government agency that provides care and support to people injured at work and on the road. Icare’s Senior Injury Prevention Specialist will cover workplace injuries and occupational violence in the first two sessions, while the third webinar, presented by an insurance underwriter, will deal with workers compensation claims in the disability and care sector.
