The NDS Board has recently considered member feedback on the proposal to expand NDS membership to for-profit providers and is proposing in the Special Resolution to be voted on at the AGM that the expansion of membership be combined with other amendments to the NDS Constitution to ensure that NDS remains reflective of our history and the sector. 

The Board is proposing that an additional clause be added to the Constitution for State/Territory Divisional Chair positions to continue to be filled only by representatives of not-for-profit organisations.
