The Terms of Reference (ToR) indicates the Agency will continue to draw on information obtained from the Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP) financial benchmarking survey. NDS is concerned that the Agency may look to remove the TTP on relevant supports early with the ToR noting the Review will examine "the extent to which the TTP arrangements have achieved their purpose and continue to provide value for money".
