The NDIA has released the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Pricing Review 2022–23. NDS welcomes the significant government investment into a range of SDA dwelling arrangements. 

The SDA Pricing Review was the first comprehensive review of the assumptions and methodology behind SDA prices. It accounts for current and future costs and other factors of building and supplying SDA over the next five years. 

The report outlines several SDA price increases, which will help the long-term sustainability of the SDA market.
