The NDIA have released the 2023–24 Annual Price Review (APR) consultation papers to gather information for their review of the pricing arrangements and price limits for disability services. The NDIA seeks perspectives on four areas of pricing:  

Given that the government is considering recommendations for structural reform from the NDIS Review and the Disability Royal Commission, the terms of reference for this APR focus on non-structural adjustments to the price settings. Recommendations for pricing improvements will sit within the existing framework established in the 2019 NDIS Pricing Strategy.
