In accordance with Article 5 of the Constitution of National Disability Services Limited (NDS), the 2020 election of the elected members of the Board will be held at NDS’s virtual Annual General Meeting on 6 November 2020. The schedule for the election and Annual General Meeting is as follows:

An election will be held to fill two vacancies. There is one Director whose term expires at the 2020 AGM – Danielle Newport. The other vacancy results from Mark Kulinski moving to Chair of South Australia. Directors will be elected for a period of three years and Directors whose term expires are eligible for re-election.
