Nominations close in just over two weeks for the 2024 WA Disability Support Awards. The awards recognise the achievements of people who demonstrate excellence, passion, vision and commitment to supporting people with disability.

We encourage WA disability service providers to support people with disability to nominate outstanding staff or teams who, through the highest standard of support, increase life opportunities for people with disability and contribute to strong and inclusive communities.

The award categories for 2024 are:

• Emerging Leader
• Excellence in Home and Family Support
• Innovation in Service Delivery
• Excellence in Regional Support
• Excellence in Rights Promotion
• Excellence in Supporting Employment Outcomes
• Excellence in Supporting Inclusion and Citizenship.

You can get a nomination guide and form from the NDS WA Disability Support Awards webpage. It has everything you need to make a successful nomination, such as information about the different award categories, judging criteria and conditions of entry.

Nominations close at 5:00pm AWST on Friday 2 February.

Winners will be announced at an Award Ceremony on Saturday 18 May — please save the date.
