Please join Chriselle Athanasiou, Director Incident Intake and Early Resolution at the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission in this overview of Reportable Incidents.

Chriselle will share what a good incident report looks like, potentially saving a lot of back and forth for providers.

Areas that the sector has sought regular advice on such as reporting medication errors and expectations regarding police reporting and providing reference numbers will be discussed.

Chriselle will speak to incident data and what providers might learn from this. The session will also explore general expectations of the Commission.
