Claims for non-face-to-face supports
The new 2020-2021 Price Guide allows for non-face-to-face supports to be claimed against some support categories. Generally, the activities need to be related to delivering a specific support item as opposed to general administrative tasks such as rostering and claiming. The Price Guide (pg 16) provides the example of writing reports for co-workers and other providers about the clientâs progress with skill development.
