Last month, NDS provided an overview of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Regulatory Burden Workshops, which we jointly hosted. Many of the issues providers raised in the workshops build on issues we have already heard in the State of the Sector survey and other consultations. And most have been key concerns in our submissions to the NIDS review. In this report, we outline the main concerns and questions you raised during the events.

During the workshops we heard about several internal functional reviews that the NDIS Commission conducted over the past year, which includes a new national approach to complaints and a review of reportable incidents processes.
