Join NT Disability Providers at Disability Sector Forum

meeting room with people in rows

The last few years have presented limited opportunities for the Northern Territory disability sector to come together. NDS is pleased to be hosting the following face to face events on 8 June 2022.

The Forum

Disability providers are invited to join NDS, our Territory Committee and colleagues for our first NT Disability Sector Forum.

The forum will include an update from NDS CEO Laurie Leigh and provide an opportunity for disability service CEOs and senior leaders to explore the key issues for the NT disability sector. We will get the latest information from key stakeholders such as the NDIA and NDIS Commission, and review and discuss what NDS and the sector should prioritise over the next six months.

The forum will be followed by an opportunity to attend a networking event with remote and very remote Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations from across Australia.

Networking event

After the forum, NDS will be hosting a networking event as part of the NACCHO NDIS Ready Remote and Very Remote Yarning Circle that is being held in Darwin.

We hope that you will be able to join us for this event which will present a great chance to network with Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations across remote and very remote Australia.

Who Should Attend?

CEOs, senior leaders and frontline managers.
