16/06/2023

The announcement today of the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for 2023–24 includes some good news for some providers but will be a bitter blow for others.

Amid an increased focus on Scheme sustainability and growth targets, the 2023–24 prices include a full pass on of the 5.75 per cent increase to award wages announced recently by the Fair Work Commission.

As a result, prices underpinned by the Disability Support Worker Cost model have increased to reflect this change. They include a 0.5 per cent increase to compensate for rises in the compulsory superannuation payment and a 0.1 per cent increase to recognise the introduction of family violence leave.
