The Federal Government’s Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Secure Jobs, Better Pay) Act 2022 became law in December 2022.

Since then, we have seen a number of changes that impact the disability sector including:

  • pay secrecy clauses
  • aligning the Fair Work Act with other anti-discrimination legislation
  • fixed-term contracts
  • employee requests for flexible work
  • authorised employee deductions
  • superannuation
  • right to disconnect
  • casual employees

Join Matthew Zammit, Head of Workforce, National Disability Services (NDS) to hear about the Fair Work changes and what they mean for disability services.

Attendees will have an opportunity for Q and A with the presenter at the end of the session.

Who Should Attend?

CEOs, Human Resources, and Senior Managers.
