This forum is designed to help Disability and Palliative Care sectors understand how each other works and strengthen communication, collaboration and coordination between sectors to improve outcomes for individuals living with a disability and life limiting illness.

Moderated by Jacinta Parsons, broadcaster, writer, public speaker and facilitator with over 15 years’ experience hosting live events.

The forum will be opened by Hon Ged Kearney MP Assistant Minister for Health and Aged Care. Speakers include disability and palliative care providers, subject matter experts and insights from people with lived experience of disability.

Public transport and paid parking options are available for this venue.
