The Good Practice Guide on the use of NDIS Employment Supports includes a description of the elements of the Customised Employment service model and how employment support providers can positively engage with mainstream employers. It also identifies features of the different types of NDIS employment supports and their pricing and claiming arrangements.

Good Practice Guide: Grading employees under the new Supported Employment Services Award 2020

This guide provides comprehensive instructions for employers on how to classify employees into one of the Grades in the SES Award’s new classification structure.
