NDS is reaching out to the sector following several reports from providers of a reduction or removal of supports in participants’ packages. We have heard about changes in a participant’s support ratios without any change in need, and the reduction or elimination of funding for nursing supports for people with complex disability-related health needs.  

We need more information and de-identified participant examples from providers to better understand the issue.
