NDS Victoria is offering a comprehensive Learn and Develop program for disability service providers as part of the Victorian Sector Development Project (SDP) for 2019/2020.

The training and resources are designed to promote business excellence, financial sustainability, and Zero Tolerance -  to support providers to prevent and respond to abuse and neglect.

Workshops and training resources target different levels of organisations including frontline workers, leaders and boards.

Reliable Record Keeping

A series of six webcasts produced by Russell Kennedy Lawyers on Reliable Record Keeping.

Each webinar is 20 minutes and is accompanied by downloadable supporting documentation. This includes: FAQs, checklists and strategies.

NDIS Simple Financial Management

An online training program designed to support providers operating in an NDIS environment to understand the financial levers that underpin sustainability of their organisation.

The series of six webcasts explores key financial levers and provide simple worked examples, questions, models and templates.

Business excellence beyond NDIS transition

Four eLearning modules have been developed with funding from the Victorian Government to support business excellence beyond NDIS transition.

Zero Tolerance

A collection of resources built around the Zero Tolerance Human Rights Framework to educate and train staff at all levels within an organisation to understand their responsibilities in recognising, preventing and responding to abuse and neglect.
