Last week we reported that the Royal Commission had sent Notices to Produce and to Give Information to a number of large service providers. The scope is broad-ranging and the questions are detailed.
Providers need to answer specific questions, provide data, and submit organisational material such as policies and procedures, incident reports, audit reports, investigation material and records of communications about the Disability Royal Commission to staff and clients.
