16/04/2020

The Disability Royal Commission (DRC) is inviting submissions on emergency planning and response for people with disability.

The DRC is interested in what can be done to improve emergency planning and response for people with disability, and how to prevent violence, abuse, neglect and exploitation of people with disability during emergencies. While the issues paper refers explicitly to Covid-19 and the 2019-20 bushfire season, it is intended to cover other emergency situations.
