Royal Commission hears of organisational change from CEO and Chair

The bulk of the evidence given today was from Affordâs CEO and Chair of its Board. Questions focussed on governance, use of revenue, training and site visits.Â
Throughout the hearing, a key question which has emerged is the extent to which providers should adopt financial-focused and market-based principles given the context of the NDIS â and the implications where these conflict with the quality or safety of services.Â
