RC hearings: key questions for providers

The Royal Commission has now held two hearings on preventing and responding to abuse in disability services; a third for December. The Chair has suggested this represents a 'new phase' for the Royal Commission.
Throughout the disability services hearings to date, a series of key issues emerged. Some common themes included relationship breakdowns, poor communication, a focus on recruitment, provider governance, and the voice of people with disability.
