Sunnyfieldâs CEO faced another full day of questioning on the fourth day of the case study hearing. The proceedings were tense at times, and the intensity of questioning gruelling.
The evidence built on yesterdayâs questions regarding the organisationâs policies, procedures and operations. Questions turned to the functions and responsibilities of numerous roles within the organisation, and sometimes how information travelled between employees, senior management and the Board. Counsel Assisting interrogated internal emails, and compared Board briefing notes to draft copies.
