Further Information:

The NDIS is a national scheme to provide targeted support and better coordination and access to services for people with disabilities. It’s a single national system, which means regardless of what kind of disability you have and where you live, you will be able to equally access disability services.

The choice and control the NDIS offers means you can pick your own supports and service providers. You and your family are the experts, you know what is best for your life. The NDIS recognises this and will lead to greater life outcomes, allowing participants to live an ordinary life that will be different for everyone.

This ground breaking change began in trial sites around Australia from July 2013 and will start rolling out nationally from July 2016.

We are learning daily from the trial sites and putting this information towards better support for people with disabilities now and into the future.

Our website is packed with information and case studies about the NDIS.
