Resilience is defined as the “the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties” or “the ability of a substance or object to spring back into shape”. In the context of change it means springing back to productivity. We're all born with an innate ability for change resilience. Scientists call it neuroplasticity. But to grow it, we need conscious and sustained effort.
