NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Quarterly Report released

The Commission has released its latest  Activity Report: 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2022.  The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commissioner, Tracey Mackey, committed to publishing these more regularly. This is the first of the quarterly reports.

At the time of the report there were a total of 518,668 NDIS participants and 19,015 registered providers across Australia.

A compliance notice was issued to a provider for systematically failing to notify the NDIS Commission of Reportable Incidents in the required timeframe, and for related gaps in prevention and mitigation of further incidents.
