Further information

The NDIS has a new standard that responds to Disability Royal Commission recommendations regarding COVID-19 actions. The Emergency and Disaster Management Standard will ensure people with disability are at the centre of planning and implementation of disaster preparedness and have appropriate access to health care services during personal emergencies. All NDIS providers must comply with this new standard by 24 January 2022. During this webinar, you will hear about the components of the standard that you must comply with, namely the quality indicators relating to developing plans, consulting with participants and support networks, ensuring reviews occur, and training for workers.
