The NDS Workforce Census data collection is a unique resource for the disability sector.

Are you a disability service provider wondering how your workforce compares to others operating in the market?

The NDS Workforce Census data collection is a unique resource for the disability sector.  Unlike ABS workforce data collected by the Australian Bureau of Statistics which uses outmoded classifications, Workforce Census has been developed within the industry to deliver you real, practical and timely data. Since September 2015, NDS workforce surveys have collected data at a national and state and territory level for Disability Support Workers and Allied Health Workers, and provided insights on a variety of issues crucial to the developing sector.

On average, around 200 organisations enter data for each survey.  The Workforce Census comprises of a short survey of 10 questions, which can be quickly and easily completed by your HR or Finance team member - or the business owner if you are a sole provider.

Data is collected in March and April for the period ending 31 December.
