Risk Management Information Session

This series of information sessions are part of the NDS Risk, Incidents and Complaints Management project for sole, small and medium providers and will include an introduction to newly developed resources to help build your understanding and improve your risk management.

The session will be facilitated by Michele Moreau from Preventing Harm Initiative (PHI). Michele is a risk management expert who works with disability organisations. She has a master’s degree in health services management and is a registered nurse. Her expertise is in simplifying what appears complicated into an easily understandable and useable format to achieve desired outcomes and meet compliance requirements.
