NDS is calling for expressions of interest for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples with disability to help co-design the 2021 WA Lunch in celebration of International Day of People with Disability.

Since 2013, NDS has proudly hosted people from across the WA disability sector at a sell-out event. This year’s lunch event will be held on Friday, 3 December at Crown Perth. The contributions Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with disability make in enriching the community will be the focus of this year’s event.

The Role

Share your thoughts, opinions and lived experiences to guide the event program including the theme, performances and guest speakers along with branding for the event. You will need to come along to three co-design workshops that will be held on 23 June, 14 July and 20 July 2021 from 10.00am to 12.00pm noon in the City.

Members of the co-design team will be paid $35 per hour (for a total of six hours) and there may be small items of volunteer work if it suits you like looking for ideas or research.
