WorkSafe Victoria Mental Health Support for workers

Big clouds in a blue sky

WorkSafe Victoria is running a trial service providing wellbeing support for people experiencing COVID-19 related stress and anxiety at work. The wellbeing support trial aims to provide confidential support to people experiencing stress and anxiety in their workplace as a result of COVID-19.

Four free sessions with a qualified psychologist, conducted by phone or online, may be available to workers where similar supports are not available from their employer.

Please note: the service is a trial only and is not intended for long term usage. If further mental health support is required after the trial, there are other options available including seeking assistance from a GP, continuing to work with the pilot psychologist at your own cost, working with a new psychologist or counsellor, or contacting existing support services.

NDS also has wellbeing-related resources available on the Victorian COVID-19 webpage
