NDS has met with Australian Business Lawyers and Associates (ABLA) and a small group of providers to discuss developing resources and support guides that will set out how employers can transition to the new wage structure in the Supported Employment Services (SES) Award 2020. 

The meeting with ABLA discussed the key elements of the transition to the new wage structure and the resource materials best suited to help employers, employees, parents and carers navigate this complex process. The guiding principle is to ensure consistency and integrity.
