The WA State Government has published the communique from the four Supporting Communities Forum meetings held throughout October 2020.The Supporting Communities Forum supports the implementation of the State Government's Supporting Communities policy which is focused on improving the quality of services provided to vulnerable Western Australians.State Manager, Julie Waylen is a member of the Forum which aims to identify opportunities for better-designed services, and help guide future Government priorities.The communique includes:

The final meeting for 2020 will take place on 23 November, continuing discussions on WA's COVID-19 Recovery efforts. The Forum will also consider future opportunities to build a collaborative partnership with the Aboriginal Advisory Council of WA and the Multicultural Advisory Group.
