Unregistered support coordinators and psychosocial recovery coaches, get ready for PACE rollout

What you need to know

  • Provider Digital Access (PRODA) accounts will be required for unregistered support coordinators and psychosocial recovery coaches to support participants once their NDIS plan is transitioned into the NDIA’s new computer system - PACE.
  • In order to prevent delays, unregistered support coordinators and unregistered psychosocial recovery coaches are encouraged to set up their accounts now, in preparation for when their participants transition into PACE

Provider Digital Access (PRODA) accounts will be required for unregistered Support Coordinators and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches to support participants once their NDIS plan is transitioned into the NDIA’s new computer system - PACE.

PACE is the NDIA's new computer system, which is due to be rolled out nationally from the end of October 2023.

To gain access to the ‘my NDIS’ provider portal unregistered support coordinators and unregistered psychosocial recovery coaches are required to create a Provider Digital Access (PRODA) account.

In order to prevent delays, unregistered support coordinators and unregistered psychosocial recovery coaches are encouraged to set up their accounts now, in preparation for when their participants transition into PACE
