NDS, with funding from the Victorian Government to support disability services transition to the NDIS, has been delivering a suite of readiness, transition and operational supports over the past three years. Before the funding closes, NDS is pleased to offer a discrete number of subsidised training opportunities - available for a limited time only.

These include:

  • In house Zero Tolerance workshops. These workshops, customised from the suite of NDS Zero Tolerance tools and resources, will help to embed and drive a Zero Tolerance culture within your organisation. Participants will gain a better understanding of how to implement the Zero Tolerance tools and resources in order to improve organisational practice, which in turn safeguards the rights of people supported by your organisation.
  • One year Workforce Essentials license. The Workforce Essentials library is a large aggregated range of resources, tools and products for the disability sector so that you can train your workforce online, anytime and from anywhere. Please see the attached word document for subsidised Workforce Essentials pricing.
  • Emerging Leader workshops. This workshop focuses on the transition from team member to team leader/supervisor and some of the challenges faced in managing others and managing work.
  • Candid Conversation workshops. This is a workshop for people looking to expand their communications skills with others within the sector.

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, all workshops will be delivered via Zoom.
