The Department of Communities (Communities) provides services to a diverse range of Western Australians, including people with disability, children in out-of-home care and those who need a place to call home. In delivering all services, Communities aims to meet the needs of people with disability, their families and carers.

Communities is keen to ensure all Western Australian communities are accessible and inclusive and their Disability Access and Inclusion Plan helps to progress this important vision. Communities welcomes feedback about services and events, buildings and facilities, quality of service, consultation processes and employment.

To have your say complete the survey by Thursday, June 3.
