Seeking feedback on Victoria’s single-use plastics ban draft Regulations

The Victorian Government is moving to ban a variety of single use plastic items from 1 February 2023 in an effort to reduce plastic pollution.
The Draft Environment Protection Amendment (Banning Single-Use Plastic Items) Regulations 2022 and the associated Regulatory Impact Statement are now open for comment. NDS is seeking feedback from providers to inform our submission.
