In partnership with National Disability Services, a research project from Monash University and the University of Melbourne is examining physical restraint of people with disabilities and how to reduce and eliminate its use. Victorian Disability Service providers are invited to express their interest in taking part.  

The researchers want to interview managers and service leaders about their experiences and practices. They will hold separate focus groups with authorised program officers, behaviour support practitioners and support workers.
